This notice explains how K2Q Capital Limited (company registered number: 10209435) uses AI-assisted tools, and the limits of what our research and correspondence can be relied on for. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and our Data Protection & Privacy policy.

Additionally, meetings and calls may be transcribed using Otter.ai for note-taking and record-keeping purposes.
